My name is Glen Morrow, Founder of GAP and I would truly appreciate your help.

I am looking to build a group of rental garages where folks like you can join a community of others to do what you want like work on cars, perfect your woodworking skills, or start your small contracting business.

I envision the minimum size for each unit to be about 30 feet deep and 16 feet wide. Each climate-controlled unit would have a bathroom and have access to cable TV and internet. There would also be a range of equipment from car lifts to table saws for rent. To keep your stuff safe, the entire complex would be access-controlled with CCTV surveillance.

The rents without utilities would start at around $800.

I have looked at several sites and am closing in on a potential site near the intersection of 1-94 Springdale Road and Blue Mound Road in Pewaukee, WI.
