Proof of Concept

The first GAP will be in suburban Milwaukee, Wisconsin

The suburbs of Greater Milwaukee have a few affluent communities with many potential customers who live in apartments, condos, single-family subdivisions with restrictive covenants, or expensive homes with garages that will never see an oil stain. 

 

There are a few lots in a Pewaukee Business Park suitable for this use and mere minutes away from many potential customers. There is one lot under evaluation and is a shovel-ready site that has full municipal utilities, offsite stormwater control, and road frontage.  Our architect is currently working on a site plan to determine how many garage units can fit on the site at full build-out.  

 

Once the first GAP location works out the details of running a facility, Franchise Mode will commence.
